• INGREDIENTS PER: 1 TSP.   Suitable for vegetarians & vegans

• 1 - 2 tsp. mixed in water, taken 1 - 3 times per day.
  If taken alone, start off on a higher dosage of 2 tsp taken 2 to 3 times per day for 1 to 2 weeks.
  Thereafter, reduce dosage to 1tsp taken 1 to 2 times per day, depending upon requirements.
