Just watch them on your computer screen and follow their instructions. It is so simple but it is really self empowering. You become your own therapist and can work on a wide range of issues from digestive problems, anxiety, money blocks, abundance, insomnia, anger issues etc.

It costs from £4.99 to £9.99 a month for a subscription. You are only committed for a month and you can then cancel if you choose. However, if you do the techniques daily, you will see such changes in your personal life that you will probably want to take out a years subscription ! We suggest that you use both the EFT and the "Balance" videos.
