Inner Light Subliminal CD

We have created a Subliminal CD using the same set of affirmations as you use with Inner Light energy cream. We suggest that as well as applying the cream; you also play the CD very quietly during the night. The CD needs to be only just audible. The brain is still able to decode the positive messages.
